1. Eligibility:

• The ReusePass Instagram Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who have an active Instagram account and follow @ReusePass (and or any other "Sponsor/Partner") on Instagram.

• Participants must be at least 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction to enter.

• Participants must be an active college student in North America.

• Employees of Topanga ReusePass and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

• The Giveaway begins on the Entry Period Start Date noted on each post at the time of post and ends on the End Date noted on each post at 12:00 AM (PST).

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow the instructions listed on the post. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Follow @ReusePass on Instagram.

  • Like the Giveaway post.

  • Tag [X] friends in the comments (each tag counts as one additional entry).

  • Share the Giveaway post in their Instagram story and tag @ReusePass for an extra entry.

  • Follow any other “How to Enter” guidelines listed on the Instagram post

4. Winner Selection:

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

  • Additional winners may be selected if noted or as a surprise bonus giveaway.

• The winner will be announced on Announcement Date stated in the post via a comment on the Giveaway post and/or through an Instagram story. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

5. Prize:

• The winner will receive the Prize mentioned in the giveaway post.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

6. Publicity Release:

• By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant Topanga/ReusePass the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.

7. General Conditions:

• This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

• Topanga.io and/or ReusePass reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules or is deemed ineligible for any reason.

• Topanga.io and/or ReusePass are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

• Topanga.io and/or ReusePass reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond their control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.

• Any personal information submitted by participants will be used solely for the purpose of this Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
